Women’s Business Council – Southwest (WBCS) and the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) certifies ProActive Partners has met the established requirements for the State of Texas Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) program. CPA administers Statewide Historically Underutilized Business program for the State of Texas, which includes certifying minority-, women-, and service disabled veteran-owned businesses as HUBs.
