Feedback – Injured Worker

We care about the most important person in our business. And that is the Injured Worker. Here is some feedback we have received over the years.

My husband and I first met Maxine Russell early on 10/27/04 when she arrived at the hospital in Dallas introducing herself as our “rehab nurse” with my husband’s company. This was just three hours after his near fatal 18 wheeler truck accident. Never having someone come to our assistance so quickly we were at first very cautious of this person. However, she stayed in the ER with us helping to answer all questions and concerns, providing comfort to us until late that evening when my husband was finally admitted and preparing for the next days (and further surgery days) of facial surgery. At no time was she pushy or aggressive during this trying time. For the next two years Maxine was with us for all “eye doctor” appointments, consults, etc. taking us all over the DFW area to try and find a specialist that could help with his eyesight. She has learned along with us anything and everything dealing with the eyes. With this rare experience she has become knowledgeable in a field she did not know that much about until this time. Without Maxine we would not have known which path to take.

Even though we no longer need Maxine’s rehab help we have stayed friends and still ask her for advice dealing with any new possible medical outcomes we hear about to help with his eyesight.

We would just like to say to “anyone” who needs Maxine’s assistance – you will not regret getting her help in any situation. She is truly a remarkable human being and we thank God every day that she came into our life.

    Sincerely,
    Lee & Rita Johnson

It is our immense pleasure and honor that we write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Maxine Russell. As a professional in the medical field for more than 20 years, her intelligence, diligence, and honesty outweigh any others in her field of work. She has impressed us very much.

We have known Ms. Russell for a very short period of time about 8 months. She will be our third case nurse manager. She has verified, approved, and accomplished more than any of the prior case managers. She is a truly valuable asset to our family.

An example of one of the many approvals she has helped us with was when Jason was denied multiple times for neck injections to help relieve a level 3 sprained neck. Within a month of having Ms. Russell on our case, she was able to get these injections approved, and Jason has yet to reach that past level of discomfort to the neck.

She has so much experience and knowledge that it shows in all she helped us with. Her persistence is among the best we have ever seen. She has the drive and energy to “get the ball rolling” on any situation that may need a little push. We really value everything she says and has done for our family.

Unfortunately, most psychiatrists do not accept work compensation insurance, but thanks to Ms. Russell’s persistence and ingenious arrangement with a doctor; Jason has been able to receive the essential medical attention for the past months now.

We can confidently recommend Maxine Russell.

    Sincerely,
    Jason & Lili Rannebarger

I would like to take the opportunity to tell what Mrs. Russell means to me and my family. After an accident that left me paralyzed from the chest down, Mrs. Russell took over my case and helped my wife through the months of uncertainty that followed. If my wife or I had a question about anything all we had to do is call and she would take care of the problem or tell us what to do.

After six months of hospitalization, coming home was another scary aspect of life. Mrs. Russell helped us make the transition as smooth as possible. I now consider her a part of my family and I would highly recommend her to anyone who unfortunately needs her services.

    Yours truly,
    Jason Thomas
